• Save all documents as PDF files less than 8mb per document.
• Upload each document separately.
  Combining multiple documents or splitting one into separate pages may delay your claim.

After Submission

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with your claim number.
• We will review your claim and may ask for more information or documents.
